FASHION / ART / IMAGE
ABOUT ME
It started with imagination.
Before there was my first sewing machine, there were fashion magazines, collages made from their pages and childhood “fashion shows” performed for my parents. Even then, I loved imagining, combining ideas and creating something that had not existed before.
I don't have to adapt myself to ready-made clothes. I can adapt clothes to me.
in tailoring
From curiosity to craftsmanship.
Over time, I realised that fashion meant much more to me than just an image in a magazine.
Being petite, while also having a body shaped by years of dance, I struggled for a long time to find clothes that truly fit me. Trousers needed shortening, garments needed taking in, and proportions constantly needed adjusting.
One day, I asked my aunt, who is a seamstress, for help. I still remember her showing me how to shorten a pair of trousers. I was afraid to make that first cut — after all, I could ruin them.
That was when I discovered that I didn't have to adapt myself to ready-made clothes. I could adapt clothes to me. I started experimenting, altering garments, sewing and creating my own designs.
Through experimentation, learning and working under the guidance of professionals, I gradually developed my skills and craft. In 2023, I earned my journeyman qualification in tailoring.
More projects followed, along with competition distinctions and further education — from textiles and pattern construction to styling, colour analysis and other areas of tailoring.
ART CONNECTS THE DOTS.
Fashion has never been the only world that interested me. I have been painting since childhood and have always searched for different ways to express myself.
Over time, paint found its way not only onto canvas, but onto clothing as well. I began experimenting with fabric, form, colour and things that already existed.
Today, art brings my interests together. It is a way of looking at the world and searching for my own visual language.
SINCE THE AGE OF FOUR.
Dance has been part of my life since I was four years old. The styles changed over the years, and with them grew my awareness of the body, movement and its needs.
Today, Brazilian Zouk is the style closest to me — gentle and fluid, yet incredibly deep. It is a space where I can simply be in movement.
This experience also influences the way I look at clothing. I understand form, fabric and functionality differently when I know how they behave in motion.
Creating also means sharing.
I love sharing knowledge, which is why I enjoy leading workshops and training sessions and working with people.
I especially value the moment when someone begins to see themselves differently — noticing a new colour, discovering another possibility within their wardrobe, or finding the courage to try something new.
I believe that change often begins with seeing something differently — ourselves, other people and the things that surround us.
CONSCIOUSLY. FROM START TO FINISH.
The world we live in, and what we leave behind, also matters to me. An enormous amount of material has already been produced, and much of it ends up as waste instead of continuing to serve a purpose.
That is why I try to make conscious use of what already exists — choosing materials thoughtfully, working with available resources, altering clothes and giving them a new life.
It is not about an “eco” label, but about taking responsibility for the entire process: from choosing the material and the way something is made to considering how long it can stay with us.
That is also why I teach people how to care for what they already have, so that things can remain with us for as long as possible.
K-ART
WITHOUT RIGID
BOUNDARIES
I know this journey will never truly end. I love learning, searching for new perspectives and discovering techniques, materials, movement and people who inspire me to keep growing.
I don't want to limit myself to a single definition or one specialisation. That is why K-ART has no rigid boundaries.
It is a space where fashion meets art, image, dance and education. Sometimes the result is a garment, sometimes a painting, sometimes a new form for something that already existed, and sometimes knowledge that can stay with someone for a long time.
This journey could not have taken this shape without my family, loved ones and all the people who, at different stages, gave me support, knowledge, trust and the courage to keep trying.
K-ART is therefore not only about what I create today. It is the result of a journey that continues to evolve.
Consciously creating things, experiences and spaces that have meaning.
